  Hello, my name is Kristen and I am going to be telling you about a time when I went to Argentina. I did so many things there, I went by myself on a plane with many other people I made a friend on the plane and she was going to Argentina also. Her name was Jade and she was from California, we talked about all the things we wanted to do in Argentina and surprisingly had a lot of the same interests. We kept talking and decided we should try all of these things together. We went to Buenos Aires, The Puerto Madryn Sea, and The Gualeguaychu Festival.




  The first place we went was Buenos Aires, there they call it the Paris of Argentina. This was a very colorful city. It was about 6:00 when we arrived there and we got to the hotel unpacked our bags and walked around the city looking for fun things to do. We saw something that looked fun so we walked in to see what it was. Inside there was very loud music playing, people everywhere were dancing, and it looked like they were having a blast. We decided to join the fun and start dancing with them. After we did that we went and got some dinner at a small café in the middle of town. I had some really good pasta and Jade got a sandwich. Once we finished eating we went and shopped all over town, then it started to get late so we went back to the hotel. The next day we were going to stay in a hotel right next to The Puerto Madryn Sea.


  We woke up and got ready to go to the new hotel. Once we arrived we went to our room, we have an amazing view. We unpacked our bags and got ready to go to the beach. We grabbed a packet on our way out that told us all the things we could do at Puerto Madryn, we could go fishing, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, wail watching, go on a yacht, everything sounded like so much fun but we didn't have enough time to do everything so we just decided to surf, sail, and scuba-dive. The first thing we did was scuba-dive, we got all geared up and went out to the ocean. We saw so many cool aquatic creatures, I took my water-proof camera and took many pictures. After that we went sailing, that was so much fun going out on the water. Then we went surfing and that was really hard but then I got the hang of it and enjoyed it very much. We were out there all day and so we went to go get some dinner we were very hungry. We ate at this restaurant right by the water and we sat there for hours watching the sun set on the water. We went back and got some sleep because tomorrow was the festival.

  We woke up and went down to the lobby and got some breakfast from the hotel. Then we went to get good seats for the festival. The festival was in a town called Corsodromo, so we drove for a little bit. When we arrived, there was so many people there in costumes and dresses and loud music played while everyone danced in excitement waiting for the festival to start. It started and it was so much fun. There was delicious food, great music, funny and kind people all over. I was very sad when we had to leave I was definitely coming back to Argentina. Jade and I became very good friends and I am very glad for that, it would have been very boring without her. This is the time I went to Argentina.
